"...Hardly home, but always reppin'..."

Imagine that it's game day in Atlanta, GA. That illustrious Atlanta skyline is the backdrop for the day you've been anticipating all week. In your hand, you've got the golden ticket to watch your favorite team play and you were able to scored a major deal on the perfect 50 yd line seats. Not only is this your first NFL game, it's also your first time visiting the brand new Mercedes-Benz Stadium downtown.

This is a special occasion that deserves to be celebrated in style and this look book was inspired by the girls who love sports just as much as the fellas, but have yet to attend her first NFL game. However, I have in fact been to a few sporting events and I do like to pay a little attention to the style choices of celebrity attendees to gauge what I would wear to my first NFL game. Minus the Louis Vuitton backpack (only transparent bags are permitted pass security), this outfit is the perfect game day attire.

What to Wear to a Sporting Event

Comfort is key. Heels are not necessary unless you have court side advantage and a luxury car waiting to pick you up at the front entrance post-game. Otherwise, heels and football don't mix; I did it once and learned a solid lesson that night (lol).
It's not a good idea to sit on the same side of the opposing team covered in paraphernalia from the team you're rooting for. (Home team typically sits closest to the main entrance.
Keep it cute. Light make-up is a smart choice, but of course that's largely based on personal preference. Fenty Beauty x Rihanna anyone?
Last but not least, go all out to rep' your team and personalize it to fit your individual style.
